الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرُّف على مدي تحقيق رقمنه الموارد البشرية وأثرها في خلق التنمية المستدامة بالتعليم العالي في ظل جائحة كرونا، حيث تمثَّلت مشكلة الدراسة في هل واقع رقمنه الموارد البشرية بالجامعات السعودية تتناسب مع متطلبات التنمية المستدامة في ظل المهددات البيئية لجائحة كرونا ؟، اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الي جانب المنهج التاريخي حيث تمثَّلت فرضية الدراسة في: وجود علاقة احصائية إيجابية بين رقمنه الموارد البشرية وتعزيز متطلبات التنمية المستدامة بالتعليم العالي في ظل جائحة كورونا. وتوصَّلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: اسفرت الدراسة بنسبة أكثر من 60% أن الجامعة تعمل على كسب مكانة مرموقة بين المؤسسات التعليمية وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة وذلك من خلال بناء المجتمع المعرفي القائم على اقتصاد المعرفة ورقمنه الموارد البشرية. كما تبين أن نسبة 68% من المستقصين يؤكدون أن الجامعة تعمل على تأمين بنية تقنية مناسبة تشمل جميع الوسائل التقينه، ويتم إدارتها بكوادر متخصصة ذات كفاءة لدعم الرقمنه في ظل الجائحة. فقد أوردت الدراسة توصيات عديدة من أهمها: توصي الباحثات بضرورة وضع رسالة ذات مرونة بالمؤسسات التعليمية للإستعداد لأي سيناريوهات وتصور جديد للتعليم ، وترسيخ ضرورة التغير الإيجابي في أساليب التدريس والتعلم وفق متغيرات البيئة ، كما نوصي بتعزيز المھارات الرقمية للطلاب من خلال الممارسات التعليمية وفق النظام التعليمي الإلكتروني العالمي في ظل إهتمام الطلاب وإستعدادهم لتطوير المهارات التقنية بعد الجائحة ، كما إتضح من تحليل البيانات الشخصية لهم ، كما نوصي بتوفير البنية التحتية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والإتصالات بإنشاء محتوى رقمي بالمؤسسات التعليمية تتماشى مع الخطط الرئيسية بالمؤسسات التعليمية ، وتعزيز تقییم ھذه الخطط وفق التغيرات البيئية ، ونوصي بترسيخ وجود الجامعات الرقمية لتوسيع نطاق الخدمات التعليمية المقدمة وفق متطلبات العصر . : The study aimed to identify the extent of digitization of human resources and its impact in creating sustainable development in higher education in light of the pandemic, as the problem of the study was: Is the reality of digitizing human resources in Saudi universities commensurate with the requirements of sustainable development in light of the environmental threats of the Corona pandemic? The study adopted the descriptive and analytical approach. In addition to the historical curriculum, where the study hypothesis was represented in the existence of a positive statistical relationship between digitizing human resources and enhancing the requirements of sustainable development in higher education in light of the Corona pandemic. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: The study resulted in more than 60% that the university is working to gain a prominent place among educational institutions and achieve sustainable development through building a knowledge society based on the knowledge economy and digitalizing human resources. It was also found that 68% of the respondents assert that the university is working to acquire an appropriate technical structure that includes all technical means, and that it is managed by competent and specialized cadres to support digitization in light of the pandemic. Based on the results of the study, the study included several recommendations, the most important of which are: - We recommend the necessity of developing a flexible message in educational institutions to prepare for any scenarios and a new perception of education and consolidating the necessity for positive change in teaching and learning methods according to the environment variables. Educational practices according to the global electronic educational system in light of students' interest and willingness to develop technical skills after the pandemic, as evidenced by the analysis of their personal data. We also recommend providing the infrastructure for information and communication technology by creating digital content in educational institutions in line with the master plans of educational institutions and enhancing the evaluation of these plans according to environmental changes We recommend establishing digital universities to expand the range of educational services provided in accordance with the requirements of the times
