الملخص
الملخص إن التعليم الرقمي في الجامعة الجزائرية كان نتيجة التحولات الجيوإستراتيجية التي يشهدها العالم ومدى مسايرة التطور التكنولوجي الحاصل في جميع المستويات. ومن أجل الوقوف على واقع التعليم الإفتراضي في جامعاتنا في ظل جائحة كوفيد 19 كان للقائمين على هذا القطاع وأن استحدثوا عدة وسائط وتقنيات مع استعجال هذا الوباء القاتل وسرعة انتشاره. إلا أنها تبقى غير كافية في ظل بيئة تحكمها معوقات وظيفية وأخرى تنظيمية ووجود نقائص في مدى تعميم الأنترنت عبر ربوع الوطن وكذا المستوى المعيشي المتدني لأغلب الأسر. وهذا كله يؤثر على جودة التعليم العالي ومدى تصنيف جامعاتنا دوليا. Abstract: The digital education at Algerian universities is a result of the geostrategic changes that the world is experiencing and the extent to which it keeps pace with the technological development talking place at all levels. In order to find out the the reality of virtual education in our universities in light of the Covid-19 pandemic, the people in charge of education sector have created several digital tools and technologies to cope with the speed of this epidemic. However, these efforts remain insufficient in light of an environment taht is governed by functional and organizational obstacles and deficiencies in the internet across the country and the low living standards of most Algerian families. All these factors will affect the quality of higher education and the extent to which our universities are internationally ranked.
