الملخص
يمثل الأرشيف معلما تاريخيا وعلميا ومصدرا من مصادر التراث العربي الأصيل والذي تهدف كل مؤسسات الأرشيف إلى تجميعه وحفظه وتبليغه للمستفيدين ،بحيث تستقطب احدث التقنيات التكنولوجية التي تمكن من إتاحته ،ومن ابرز واحدث هذه التقنيات الرقمنة كوسيلة وحل تقني يساعد على حماية هذا التراث والإرث الحضاري من عوامل التلف والاندثار ،ومع تطور الخدمات الأرشيفية بفعل إدخال الحواسيب والبرمجيات والشبكات على المهنة الأرشيفية ،وتبني مشاريع الرقمنة داخل مؤسسات الأرشيف فان هذا التراث قد لقي الحظ الأوفر من حيث الحفاظ عليه ،والتعريف به وتثمينه من خلال المواقع الالكترونية للمؤسسات الأرشيفية ،وإتاحته للمستفيدين في شكل رقمي بحيث يجنبهم عناء التنقل إلى أماكن تواجد هذا الأرشيف بفضل مزايا تكنولوجيا الرقمنة ولهذا اتجهت العديد من هذه المؤسسات نحو تحويل أرشيفاتها إلى مصادر رقمية من خلال إقامة مشاريع الرقمنة ونظرا للأهمية البالغة لهذه المشاريع ودورها الكبير في الحفاظ على التراث الأرشيفي وإتاحته ارتأينا إلى تقديم هذا البحث ،بحيث نعرض تجربة رقمنة أرشيف المخططات بكل حيثياتها محاولين إبراز أهمية رقمنة الأرشيف التاريخي لمخططات العقارات والغاية والأهداف من هذا المشروع واهم العقبات والمشاكل التي اعترضت المشروع والجهات القائمة عليه . Abstract : The archive represents a historical and scientific feature and a source of authentic Arab heritage, which all the archival institutions aim to collect, preserve, communicate, and provide access to the users. One of the most visible and modern technologies is digitization and a technical solution that helps to protect this heritage and the cultural heritage from damage and loss, and as archival services are developed by the emerging of computers, software and networks into the archival profession. so, In order to build digitization projects within archive institutions, this heritage has been most fortunate in terms of preservation, awareness and valorization through archival institution's websites, and to make it available to the users in digital form so that they will not be able to travel to the archive buildings to benefit from due of the benefits of digitization technology. In this research, the experience of the diagrams digitization program has been demonstrated, and the study tried to indicate the importance of the historical archives for the immobility diagrams and their project objectives, as well as the challenges it faces and the responsible for it.
