حجية السنة النبوية من القرآن والسنة - دراسة حديثية أصولية تفسيرية -

الملخص
السنة النبوية بها يعرف بيان كثير من نصوص القرآن، فهي التي ترشدنا إلى معرفة بيان النص القرآني، ومن هنا يتبين لنا جلياً منزلة ومكانة ووظيفة السنة بالنسبة للقرآن. ومصدر الكتاب والسنة واحد وهو الوحي الإلهي، والآيات القرآنية أجمعت على وجوب طاعة الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم والسنة أصل من أصول الدين، وهي حجة لازمة على جميع المسلمين لوجوب الرجوع إليها من حيث العمل بها شرعاً،و متى ثبتت وصحت عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم تكون منزلتها ومنزلة الكتاب سواء بسواء في الاعتبار عند المجتهدين عامة، ولها ما للكتاب. المساواة التامة بين القرآن والسنة من ناحية الاحتجاج بهما، وبيان العلاقة الوثيقة بينهما، وأن كل منهما وحي من عند الله تعالى، لا فرق بين المتلو منها وغيره من ناحية الاحتجاج. وجوب إقرار وإثبات حجية السنة المطهرة، وأنها ضرورة دينية، فكل من ينكر ذلك حكمه أنه خارج عن الملة، لأن هذا يستلزم منه إنكار بعض القرآن، بل يستلزم منه إنكار الشريعة جملة وتفصيلاً، وهذا كفر وردة. The Prophetic Sunnah is known to explain many of the texts of the Qur’an. It is what guides us to know the clarification of the Qur’anic text، and from here it becomes clear to us the status، position and function of the Sunnah in relation to the Qur’an. The source of the Book and the Sunnah is one، which is the divine revelation، and the Qur’anic verses are unanimously agreed on the obligation to obey the Messenger ﷺ in all that he is called to. The Sunnah is one of the foundations of the religion، and it is a necessary argument for all Muslims to refer to it in terms of working with it according to the Sharia. The complete equality between the Qur’an and the Sunnah in terms of invoking them and clarifying the close relationship Between them، and that each of them is a revelation from Allah Almighty، there is no difference between what is recited from it and others in terms of protest. The necessity of affirming and proving the authenticity of the pure Sunnah، and that it is a religious necessity، so everyone who denies that his ruling is that he is outside the religion، because this requires him to deny some of the Qur’an، rather it requires him to deny the Sharia in whole and in detail، and this is blasphemy and apostasy.
