الملخص
لقد سعت كل المجتمعات عبر العصور إلى تحقيق العدالة التي تعني الإقرار بالحق المشروع والحكم بمقتضاه بكل نزاهة وإنصاف، وبمساواة بين جميع الناس، وقد جاء هذا المقال للوقوف على بعض معاني هاذين المفهومين عند مجموعة من المفكرين ومشرعي القوانين، وكذلك الوقوف على مدى الترابط بينهما وبين القانون والقضاء. All societies, through the ages, have sought to achieve justice, which means recognizing the legitimate right and ruling accordingly with integrity and fairness, and with equality for all people. This article came to find out some of the meanings of these two concepts for a group of thinkers and lawmakers, as well as to determine the extent of the interrelationship between them and the law and the judiciary.
