الملخص
الملخص: منذ من سنة 1999 انتهجت الجزائر برنامجا حديثا في مجال العمل والاستثمار المدعم للفئات البطالة بدءا بتأسيس وكالة تدعيم الشباب وانتهاءا ببرنامج دعم الشغل المأجور، وذلك عملا بمبدأ أن الحكومة الجيدة تستطيع تدعيم اقتصادها عن طرق إدماج مقوماتها، الأمر الذي حققت من خلاله الحكومة الجزائرية نتائج إيجابية فيما يخص توفير مناصب العمل وتقليل نسب البطالة، وكذا زيادة نسبة النمو والتنمية الاجتماعية داخل الدولة. Abstract : Since 1999, Algeria has adopted a new program world of job, employment and investment wish supported the unemployment categories, for that the gouvernment starting to establish an Agency for Youth Support and the completion of the program to support the paid work, Good governance can empower youth as positive economic and political actors by integrating youth as stakeholders in the decision making processe, the Algerian government achieved positive results through which, in terms of providing jobs and reducing unemployment rates, as well as increasing the rate of growth and social development within the state.
