الملخص
الملخص: يعرض هذا البحث مسألة عودة التجاذبات المهنية في المدرسة الجزائرية التي طفت مجدداً على الساحة التربوية، بعودة احتجاجات السادة أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي للتأكيد على مطالبهم المهنية وتذكير الوصاية القائمة تمسكهم بها والتشديد على تحقيقها، ويهدف هذا البحث الى تسليط الضوء على هذه المطالب وموقف الوصاية منها. وعرض توصيات ومقترحات قد تسهم في حلحلت الاشكال القائم. ABSTRACT The present study deals with the recently-revived question of professional disputes in the Algerian schools that came to dominate the educational spectrum all over again. By exploring the rising protests on the part of primary schools' teachers and their emphasis that their professional demands should be taken seriously by the governing trusteeship, this article attempts to look in more detail at these supposedly demands and the position of guardianship towards them, and also to propose some recommendations and solutions that might be key to resolving this controversial matter.
