إدارة مخاطر الاكتتاب لصندوق التكافل العام في شركات التأمين التكافلي – دراسة تقييمية لشركة تكافل إخلاص الماليزية-

الملخص
تهدف الدراسة إلى التفصيل في مخاطر الاكتتاب التي تتعرض لها شركات التأمين التكافلي والتي بدورها تقف أمام تحقيق الشركة لأهدافها وتضعف قدرتها على الوفاء بالتزاماتها، حيث أنه على شركات التأمين التكافلي أن تختار الأسلوب المناسب لإدارة المخاطر التي تتعرض لها ومواجهة الخسائر المتوقعة من جراء وقوع أي خطر. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مخاطر الاكتتاب في صندوق التكافل العام ترتكز على سوء التسعير الذي قد يقع من قبل الشركة وسوء تقدير التزامات الشركة بالإضافة إلى الارتفاع الغير متوقع للتعويضات وغيرها من المخاطر. The study aims at detailing the risk of underwriting of Takaful insurance companies, which in turn stands in the way of achieving the company's objectives and weakening its ability to meet its obligations , The study concluded that the risk of subscription to the general Takaful Fund is based on the company's poor pricing and misjudgment of the company's liabilities, as well as the unexpected increase in claims and other risks, Takaful Ikhlas berhad has adopted a clear plan for the success of the risk management process, and has given a set of policies aimed at reducing the results of exposure to underwriting risks. L’étude vise à détailler le risque de souscription des sociétés d’assurance Takaful, ce qui constitue un obstacle à la réalisation des objectifs de la société et à un affaiblissement de sa capacité à s’acquitter de ses obligations , Les compagnies d’assurance takaful doivent choisir la méthode appropriée pour gérer les risques auxquels elles sont confrontées et faire face aux pertes attendues de tout risque. L’étude a conclu que le risque de souscription au fonds Takaful général est basé sur les prix médiocres de la société et son jugement erroné des passifs de la société, ainsi que sur l’augmentation inattendue de la rémunération et d’autres risques.
