الملخص

جاءت هذه الورقة البحثية كمحاولة لمقاربة مفهوم العنف، من خلال تسليط الضوء على مختلف الاشكاليات الابستيمولوجية التي تنسحب على محاولات تعيينه سوسيولوجيا، والتي تتجلى أساسا في مجموعة من التمفصلات والتقاطعات النظرية مع ثلة من المفاهيم التي تعتبر مرادفة له من حيث المعاني والحمولات الدلالية، من قبيل مفاهيم؛ العدوانية، والصراع، والجريمة، والانحراف. وذلك بغية التأسيس لنوع من التأصيل السوسيولوجي لهذا المفهوم، عبر جرد جملة التداخلات والعلاقات التي تربطه مع تلك المفاهيم القريبة، وتسطير حدود ونطاق اشتغال كل واحد منها على حدة. وقد اعتمدنا في سيرورة هذه الورقة البحثية على ثلاث لحظات تحليلية رئيسية. توصلنا من خلالها الى أن مفهوم العنف سوسيولوجيا، لا تتلازم أجرأته ومطابقته دلاليا بصفة كلية مع مفهوم العدوانية، ويدخل في جدلية ولا-تماهي مستمر مع مفهوم الصراع، كما أنه لا يتوافق بشكل دائم مع متلازمة الانحراف والجريمة. مما يستدعي ضرورة قراءة مفهوم العنف خارج سياق هاته المقولات التي يتم ربطه معها، والتمكن من موقعته وجرد طبيعة ارتباطاته بها حسب السياق الاجتماعي والثقافي الذي يدرس من خلاله. This research paper is meant to approach the concept of violence, by highlighting various epistemological problematics attached to the attempts to determine it sociologically, which is mainly manifested in a set of theoretical intersections with a group of concepts that are closely synonymous with it in terms of semantic meanings such as: Aggressiveness, Conflict, Crime, and Delinquency. In order to establish a kind of sociological rooting of this concept through teasing out a set of interferences and relationships that connect it with those close concepts. In addition to reveal the boundaries and scope of their respective use. So, We have relied on three analytical moments, then we have come to a conclusion that the concept of violence from a sociological side, is not entirely associated with the concept of Aggressiveness, and it is in dialectical relationship with the concept of Conflict, as it does not always correspond to the syndrome of Delinquency and Crime. This necessitates the need to read the concept of violence outside the framework of these concepts with which it is linked, and to be able to locate it and to identify the nature of Its associations with it according to the social and cultural context in which it is studied.
