المؤسسات الناشئة وتحدياتها في الجزائر

الملخص

تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز أهم التحديات التي تواجه المؤسسات الناشئة عموما وفي الجزائر على وجه الخصوص. حيث تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي لإحاطة بالخلفية النظرية للمقاولاتية والمؤسسات. والدراسة التطبيقية عنيت بتحديد أبرز التحديات التي تواجهها المؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر لترقية وتعزيز المقاولاتية. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن المؤسسات الناشئة تتسم بجملة من الخصائص والمعايير تميزها عن باقي المؤسسات الكلاسيكية؛ إضافة إلى تعدد العراقيل والصعوبات التي تواجهها في سبيل ضمان استدامتها وتعزيزها للمقاولاتية. مما تتطلب منها التصدي لجملة من التحديات في كافة الأصعدة الاجتماعية والتنظيمية والمالية والتكنولوجية وكذا التحديات المتعلقة بالموارد البشرية والثقافة والوعي السائد في المجتمع ولدى أصحاب المصالح على نحو خاص. The study aims to highlight the most important challenges facing strartups in general and in Algeria in particular. Where the descriptive approach was adopted to surround the theoretical background of the enterprenariat and strartups. The applied study was concerned with identifying the most prominent challenges that strartups face in Algeria to promote and enhance entrepreneurship. The study concluded that the start-up are characterized by a set of characteristics and criteria that distinguish them from the rest of the classical enterprises, including small and medium enterprises. In addition to the multiplicity of obstacles and difficulties it faces in order to ensure its sustainability and enhancement of enterprise, which requires it to address a number of challenges in all social, organizational, financial and technological levels, as well as challenges related to human resources, culture and awareness prevailing in society and among stakeholders in particular.
