الملخص
ملخص بالعربية: تستعرض هذه الدراسة بالوصف و التحليل الظاهرة العسكرية ،حاضرها ومستقبلها، في ظل عمليات التغيير السياسية التي مست كثيرا من الدول العربية من حيث علاقتها بالسلطة السياسية، والوقوف على عناصر الاستمرار والتغير فيها وماتحمله من سمات جديدة للتكيف مع الواقع السياسي، وسيبدو جليا ان الاستنتاجات الأولية المصاغة بناء على ملامح الظاهرة وما تبعها من عوامل الاستمرارية لا التغيير تشي بسيطرة السيناريو الاتجاهي أو الخطي، وهو السيناريو الذي يفرض استمرار سيطرة العسكر على المسار السياسي لعدم قدرة التحولات في البيئتين الداخلية والخارجية على تقليص أو الحد من سيطرة العسكريين كلمات مفتاحية: العسكاريتارية ؛ مستقبل ؛ العالم العربي؛ التحول السياسي. Abstract (English): This study is an analysis of the military phenomenon: its present and future in the light of the political change processes that touched many Arab countries in terms of their relation to the political authority, identifying the elements of continuity and change, with the new features they are bearing to adapt to the political situation. It is clear that the primary conclusions based on the characteristics of the phenomenon and the subsequent factors of continuity and not change that the directional or linear scenario is controlling, it is the scenario that dictates the continued control of the military on the political life as the internal and external transformations couldn’t reduce or limit the military domination.
