الملخص
الهجرة غير الشرعية هي التسلل عبر الحدود البرية و البحرية و الإقامة بطريقة غير مشروعة في دولة أخرى ، وهذا باستعمال طرق غير مشروعة كالتزوير و الانتقال عبر القوارب أو عن طريق التحايل باستعمال طرق مشروعة و تحويلها لغير مشروعة وبالتالي عدم احترام القانون الداخلي والدولي للهجرة ، وهدا بسبب الظروف التي يعاني منها الشخص سواء من الناحية الأمنية أو من الناحية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية . تسعى الدولة جاهدة لمكافحة هذه الظاهرة من خلال توفير آليات للحد من أضرارها .
