الملخص
الملخص : تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى استنفاذ الجهد في سبيل الوقوف على بلاغة الملفوظ الحجاجي،في دراسة لنموذج خطابي يتعلّق بمحاكمة دمنة من باب الفحص عن أمر دمنة في كليلة ودمنة،والتي تبيّن أنّ ما يميّز الملفوظ الحجاجي للمحاكمة هو تفاعل الجوانب الحجاجية مع الآليات البلاغية، وقد تبيّن أنّ هذا النوع من الخطابات يعدّ الأكثر تماشيا مع طبيعة المنهج التداولي. Abstract This study aims at the depletion of efforts in order to stand on the eloquence of the argumentative ejected, in a study of an oratorical sample about Dimna's judgment in order to examine Dimna’s issue in The Panchatantra(KalilaWaDimna) which shows that the argumentative ejected of the judgment is characterized by the interaction of the argumentative sides with the rhetorical mechanisms, it has been shown that this type of speeches is considered as the most compatible with the nature of deliberative curriculum.
