ركز هذا البحث والمعنون بـ: "الإجراءات القضائية للحــــد من انتشار فيروس كورونـا الجديد (covide-19) في المؤسسات القضائية في المملكة العربية السعودية "دراسة تأصيلية تحليلية"" على بيان التأصيل الشرعي والتحليل للإجراءات التي اتخذتها القيادة الرشيدة –حفظها الله- للحد من انتشار فيروس كورونا (covide-19) في المؤسسات القضائية في المملكة العربية السعودية وهي تأجيل جلسات جميع القضايا المنظورة لدى جميع المحاكم خلال فترة تعليق الحضور إلى مقرات العمل للحد من انتشار فيروس كورونـــا (covide-19)، وإطلاق خدمة التقاضي عن بعد للحد من انتشار فيروس كورونا (covide-19)، وتعليـق تنفيذ الأحكام القضائية في الرؤية والزيارة للحد من انتشار فيروس كورونا (covide-19)، وتعليق تنفيذ عقوبة حبس المدين في قضايا الحق الخاص، مع الإفراج المؤقت بشكل فوري عمن حُبس تنفيذاً لتلك الأحكام والأوامر للحد من انتشار فيروس كورونـــا الجديد (covide-19) .
