الملخص

ملخص: يهدف هذا المقال لتوضيح إشكالية الضغوط النفسية للأداء الوظيفي واستراتيجيات التعامل معها، ولتحقيق هاته الغاية اتبعنا منهجية وصفية لأهم الأبعاد والجوانب النظرية الكفيلة للإحاطة بهذا الموضوع، وقد استنتجنا أن الضغوط بكل أنواعها هي نتاج التقدم الحضاري المتسارع، لذا فقد أصبحت تشكل جزءا من حياة الأفراد والمجتمعات نظرا لكثرة تحديات هذا العصر وزيادة مطالبه وتسارع وتيرة تطوره، فالحضارة تحمل في طياتها آفات تستهدف النفس البشرية، كونها أفرزت أعباء كثيرة تفوق طاقة الفرد على التحمل والمقاومة، مما قد ينعكس سلبا على الحالة الصحية العامة للفرد النفسية منها والجسدية، باعتبار الإنسان وحدة (نفسية، وجسدية) متكاملة، لدرجة قد تصل حد الانهيار أو الموت. Abstract: This article aims to clarify the problem of psychological pressures of job performance and strategies to deal with it, and to achieve this goal we followed a descriptive methodology for the most important dimensions and theoretical aspects to cover this topic, and we have concluded that pressures of all kinds are the product of rapid civilization progress, so it has become a part of the lives of individuals and societies in view. Due to the many challenges of this age and the increase of its demands and the acceleration of its development, civilization carries with it pests targeting the human soul, as it has created many burdens that exceed the individual's ability to endure and resist, which may negatively affect the general health of the individual, both psychological and physical, considering the person as a unit (psychological and physical). Integrated, to the point of collapse or death.
