الملخص
مستخلص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى محاولة تحليل أثر تطور سياسة الإنفاق التعليمي الحكومي على تمويل قطاعات التعليم في الجزائر، بالتركيز على الفترة الزمنية: 2010-2019، باعتبارها فترة خصبة شهد القطاع التعليمي خلالها الكثير من الإصلاحات لمواكبة جملة التغيرات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والسياسية الطارئة، في سبيل تجديد المناهج وتطويرها بما يتلاءم مع واقع المجتمع الجزائري، ومن خلال تحليل نتائج تطور الإنفاق على التعليم خلال ذات الفترة تبين أن معدل الإنفاق على التعليم في الجزائر يعتبر من أضعف معدلات الإنفاق العالمية بالنسبة مقارنة بالدول الرائدة، مما يستوجب ضرورة مراجعة مخصصات التمويل التعليمية لأجل تحقيق جودة تعليمية مقبولة. Abstract: This research paper attempts to analyze The impact of the evolution government educational spending policy on financing education sectors in Algeria. This study is conducted during the period: 2010-2019, as it is an appropriate period where the educational sector in Algeria witnessed a lot of reforms to keep pace with the economic, social and political changes, besides renewing the curricula and develop it in a way that is compatible with the reality of Algerian society. The study is based on analyzing the development of educational spending during the same period. The study concluded that the rate of educational spending in Algeria is considered as one of the weakest in the world compared to the leading countries; therefore, it is necessary to review educational funding allocations in order to achieve an acceptable educational quality.
