دور الحاضنات الحرفية الإدارية والتسويقية فى استدامة نشاط المشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة - الكويت نموذجاً

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة الى بحث دور الحاضنات الحرفية الإدارية والتسويقية كمتغيرات فى استدامة نشاط المشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة كمتغير تابع دراسة تطبيقية على قطاع المشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة بدولة الكويت. جاءت النتائج لتثبت عند مستوى معنوية (α≤0.05) وجود علاقة ارتباط وتأثير بين دور الحاضنات الحرفية الإدارية و استدامة نشاط المشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة بدولة الكويت، كما اتضح وجود علاقة ارتباط وتأثير بين دور الحاضنات الحرفية التسويقية واستدامة نشاط المشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة بدولة الكويت، وذلك عند مستوى معنوية (α≤0.05)، كما ان النتائج أوضحت وجود علاقة ارتباط وتأثير بين دور الحاضنات ككل و استدامة نشاط المشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة بدولة الكويت عند مستوى معنوية (α≤0.05). من اهم ما اقترحته الدراسة انشاء هيئة وطنية كويتية متخصصة في انشاء وإدارة الحاضنات الحرفية خاصة الإدارية والتسويقية لتعزيز دور فعال لأداء المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، اصدار التشريعات المناسبة التي تفعل من دور وخدمات الحاضنات الإدارية والتسويقية في خدمة أنشطة المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بدولة الكويت، ان يتم اخضاع أصحاب المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة قبل اخذ الاعتمادات والموافقات المختلفة لبرامج تدريبية وورش عمل من خلال الحاضنات الإدارية والتسويقية لصقل مهاراتهم في مجالات وانشطة المشروع المقترح. الكلمات الدالة: الحاضنات الحرفية – الحاضنات الحرفية الإدارية – الحاضنات الحرفية التسويقية –المشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة بدولة الكويت –استدامة نشاط المشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة. The role of administrative and marketing craft incubators in the sustainability of the activity of small and medium enterprises in the State of Kuwait The study aimed to examine the role of administrative and marketing craft incubators as variables in the sustainability of the activity of small and medium enterprises as a variable followed by an applied study on the sector of small and medium enterprises in the State of Kuwait. The results came to confirm at the level of significance (α≤0.05) the presence of a correlation and impact between the role of administrative craft incubators and the sustainability of the activity of small and medium enterprises in the State of Kuwait. Level of significance (α≤0.05), and the results showed that there is a correlation and influence between the role of incubators as a whole and the sustainability of SME activity in the State of Kuwait at the level of significance (α≤0.05). Among the most important things suggested by the study is the establishment of a Kuwaiti national authority specializing in the establishment and management of professional incubators, especially administrative and marketing, to enhance an effective role for the performance of small and medium projects, issuing appropriate legislations that do from the role and services of administrative and marketing incubators in the service of activities of small and medium enterprises in the State of Kuwait, that owners Small and medium enterprises before taking the various credits and approvals for training programs and workshops through administrative and marketing incubators to hone their skills in the fields and activities of the proposed project.
