الملخص
يعتبر بيان أول نوفمبر1954 أهم وثيقة إيديولوجية من ضمن وثائق الثورة الجزائرية ولا يزال محتفظا بقيمته التاريخية على الرغم من مرور ستة عقود من الزمن على صدوره، ورغم تعدد الدراسات حوله إلا أنه من الصعب على الدارس الواحد ان يحيط بكل مفاهيم البيان ويقدم شرحا كاف له، لذا يعالج المقال الذي بين أيدينا جانبا واحدا من الجوانب المتعددة التي تضمنها البيان، وهو الجانب الديني، فقد حملت هذه الوثيقة المرجعية جملة من المبادئ و القيم حتى وإن كانت ذات طابع إنساني أو حضاري إلا أنها مستمدة من روح الإسلام وقيمه، فهي نابعة من أصالة وثقافة المجتمع الجزائري المسلم. A summary: The statement of the first November 1954 is considered the most Important ideological document among the documents of the Algerian revolution and still retains historical value despite the passage of six decades after its release, and despite the many studies about, but it is difficult for a researcher to cover all the concepts of the statement and provides sufficient explanation to them ; so the article at hands deals with one aspect of the multiple aspects contained in the statement which is the religious side. The reference document has carried a set of principles and values even if they are of humanitarian or civilized nature, but they are derived from the spirit of Islam and its values. It stems from the originality and culture of the Muslim Algerian community.
