الملخص
من خلال هذه المساهمة العلمية نحاول تسليط الضوء على أحد أبرز وثائق ونصوص ثورة التحرير المباركة ، ألا وهي بيان أول نوفمبر التاريخي و الذي يمثل مرحلة مفصلية في تاريخ الجزائر ، لما جاء به من مبادئ و قيم ذات أبعاد إنسانية و حضارية وحتى إعلامية ، ومن أبرز هذه القيم التي عمل مهندسو الثورة التحريرية المجيدة على تكريسها في بيان أول نوفمبر التاريخي، ثم في مسار الكفاح المسلح الذي أوصل الثورة إلى مبتغاها، معاني الحرية والعدل والدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان، وهي في مجملها مبادئ نبيلة نصت عليها أعرق المواثيق والإعلانات العالمية التي تدعو إلى نبذ الاستعباد وترسيخ قيم المساواة بين بني البشر. وكان له دور كبير في ترسيخ قيم ومبادئ ثوابت الأمة الجزائرية. لذا وجب علينا المحافظة على أسسه ومبادئه في عملية المحافظة على الوحدة الوطنية وكذا في ترسيخ ثوابت وقيم هوية الشعب الجزائري Through this scientific contribution, we try to shed light on one of the most prominent documents and texts of the blessed liberation revolution, which is the historic first November statement, which represents a pivotal stage in the history of Algeria, because of the principles and values it has of human, cultural and even media dimensions, and among the most prominent of these The values that the engineers of the glorious liberation revolution worked to enshrine in the historic first November statement, then in the course of the armed struggle that brought the revolution to its goal, the meanings of freedom, justice and the defense of human rights, in their entirety, they are noble principles stipulated in the most ancient charters and world declarations that call for the rejection of slavery and the consolidation of the values of equality between people. And he had a great role in entrenching the values and constants of the Algerian nation. Therefore, we must work to activate the role of these basics and principles in the process of preserving national unity, as well as in inculcating the principles and values of identity and citizenship among the Algerian people.
