البحث العلمي والإطلاع على الأرشيف التاريخي: الأرشيف التاريخي لولاية وهران نموذجا

الملخص
الأرشيف التاريخي تراث الأمة وذاكرتها وأداة كتابة التاريخ، ولهذه الغاية يتم حفظه. تتولى هيئة الأرشيف الوطني من خلال مراكز الأرشيف التابعة لها، والأرشيفيون العاملون بها مهمّة جمع الأرشيف التاريخي، وتوفير الظروف الملائمة لحفظه، تصنيفه، مع وصفه، وإنتاج أدوات البحث الخاصة به، وهذا من أجل إتاحته للإطلاع. جزء كبير من أرشيف الجزائر التاريخي موجود بمراكز أرشيف أجنبية بفعل الاستيلاء الذي تعرّض له من طرف الدول التي استعمرت الجزائر، خاصة من طرف الإستعمار الفرنسي الذي ظل منذ نزوله بالجزائر سنة 1830يرحّل الأرصدة والوثائق الأرشيفية المهمة. إلا أن هناك أرصدة سلمت من هذا النهب، ولا تزال محفوظة في بعض مصالح الأرشيف بعدّة ولايات. مصلحة أرشيف ولاية وهران أو كما كانت تسمّى سابقا عُمالة وهران، تزخر بكمّ هائل من الأرصدة الأرشيفية التاريخية منها ما أنتج بعد الاستقلال، كما بها ثروة من الأرصدة تعود إلى الفترة الاستعمارية، و أيضا إلى فترة الثورة التحريرية، والتي تشهد على الأحداث التي عرفتها الجزائر خلال هذه الحقبة من الزمن، هذه الأرصدة التي كثيرا ما يرجع إليها المؤرخون المحليون و غيرهم من أجل البحث عن الحقائق وإثراء بحوثهم. في هذا الإطار نحاول من خلال هذه الدّراسة تعريف الباحثين الشباب بهذه الأرصدة وما تتضمنه من وثائق والمواضيع التي تتطرق لها، وخاصة التعرف على الأرصدة الأكثر إستعمالا من طرف الباحثين خلال فترة زمنية معيّنة. Abstract: The archives constitute a national heritage, the memory of the nation, and at the same time the indispensable tool for the writing of history, for which they must be carefully preserved. In Algeria, the institution of the National Archives through its centers of wilayas and the archivists who represent them undertakes to collect the historical archives, setting up the conditions necessary for their preservation and ensuring their treatment, and in particular their classification, Description, as well as the realization of the research instruments that allow their communication. A large part of the archives of Algeria is found in foreign countries because of the transfers and looting committed by the countries that have occupied our country throughout history, and in particular by the French, who since their colonization To our country in 1830 have never stopped plundering our archival heritage. Rare are the facts that have escaped this and remain at the level of the center of the national archives and the archive services of wilayas. The archive department of the Wilaya of Oran, formerly known as the department of Oran, preserves at its level valuable historical archives, of which a considerable part dates from the colonial period, and which constitute a real testimony Of the facts that Algeria experienced at the time. These funds are the source for the research work of local researchers and even for that matter. Through this article, we try to expose and describe these funds and the documents they contain, as well as the subjects dealt with by these collections, so that they are more and better known by researchers, in particular young researchers. But most of all, they try to find out which archive holdings were used and exploited by researchers for a specific period of time (2006-2009).
