Abstract: The Algerian penal legislation has included many remedial and punitive measures to protect the third child and the child victim, but despite the efforts made, there is a large percentage of children exposed to all attacks and recent legislation has included many procedural measures to protect the child To this end, this study includes an analysis of the Algerian penal legislation, from a procedural point of view, and its effectiveness in providing effective protection for children, especially from attacks on them
