الملخص
ملخص: تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى تحقيق جملة من الأهداف من خلال البحث في ظاهرة الفساد الإداري، والذي يعتبر من بين المشكلات الإدارية التي من شأنها أن تعرقل عملية التنمية الشاملة، وعلى هذا الأساس تحاول الدول التقصي في تطبيق الإجراءات التنظيمية وتفعيل الضوابط الوقائية بهدف مكافحتها والتقليل منها؛ كما تبرز أهمية الدراسة الأساسية في أنها تسعى إلى الكشف عن تلك الإجراءات والآليات القانونية التي رصدها المشرع الجزائري لمكافحة الفساد الإداري، من خلال تبيان الدور الذي تلعبه هيئات الرقابة. Abstract: This study seeks to achieve a number of goals by looking at the phenomenon of administrative corruption, which is one of the administrative challenges that could impede the process of comprehensive development. On this basis, states are trying to investigate the application of regulatory procedures and the activation of preventive controls with the aim of combating and reducing them. Furthermore, the significance of the baseline study is that it attempts to revealing these legal procedures and mechanisms monitored by the Algerian Legislature to fight administrative corruption, by indicating the role played by oversight bodies.
