المصطلح العربيّ الحديث في اللّغة العِلميّة بين التّأسيس، والتّقييس

الملخص
يشهد العالَم ـ اليوم ـ تقدّماً كبيراً، وتطوّراَ سريعاً في شتّى مناحي الحياة، وذلك نتيجة ما حقّقه العقل البشريّ من اكتشافات علميّة، واختراعات تكنولوجيّة حديثة تستدعي حضور لغة علميّة لها القدرة وحدها دون سواها على نقل المفاهيم العلميّة من لغة المنتج إلى لغة المستقبِل، والمصطلحات العِلميّة هي الأداة الفاعلة في إنجاح هذه العمليّة، إذا ما تَمّ حُسن صياغتها، وضبط مفاهيمها وِفق المعايير العالَميّة المتعارف عليها، والالتزام بالمبادئ العامّة المتّفق عليها. The Modern Arabic Term in the Scientific Language between Establishment and Standardization Abstract: Today, the world is witnessing a significant progress and a fast development in all aspects of life, as a result of the scientific discoveries made by the human mind, and modern technological inventions which require the presence of a scientific language having the exclusive ability to transfer scientific concepts from the producer’s language to the recipient’s one, and the scientific terms are the effective tool in making this process works. If properly formulated, and setting its concepts in accordance with generally accepted international standards, adhering to/abiding by the general principles agreed upon.
