الملخص
الملخص : تعنى هذه الدراسة بتحديد أشكال الحماية القانونية للصحة الإنجابية والجنسية في التشريع الأردني وذلك من أجل بيان مدى كفاية النصوص القانونية الناظمة لهذه المسألة، وقد اتبعت هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال عرض وتحليل مضمون النصوص القانونية ذات العلاقة وبيان دورها في تحقيق الحماية القانونية للصحة الإنجابية والجنسية. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن المشرع الأردني قد أسبغ حماية على الصحة الإنجابية والجنسية للأفراد من خلال تعزيز الجانب الوقائي وتمكين الأفراد من استخدام وسائل تسهم في حماية صحتهم الإنجابية والجنسية ومعاقبة أي اعتداء قد يقع على صحة الأفراد في هذا المجال . Abstract This study aims to determine the forms of legal protection of reproductive health and sexual health in Jordanian legislation, in order to determine the adequacy of the legal texts governing this issue. This study adopted the analytical descriptive research method by presenting and analyzing the content of the relevant legal texts and exploring their role in achieving the legal protection of reproductive health and sexual health. The study concluded that the Jordanian legislator has imposed protection to the reproductive and sexual health of individuals by strengthening the protective aspect and enabling individuals to use means that contribute to protecting their reproductive and sexual health and to punish any violation on the health of individuals in this field.
