الملخص
ملخص : اهتم محمد البشير الإبراهيمي بالمنظومة التربوية والنهوض بها حيث سعى إلى إصلاح المجتمع فبدأ بإصلاح التعليم وأكد على أنه لابد من أصل واحد في التعليم ومنهج واحد في التربية فإن اختلفت الأصول والمناهج فلا فائدة نجنيها ، حيث أولى عناية كبيرة بالتربية وأكد على أسبقيتها عن التعليم فلا يمكن أن نعلم جيل قبل أن نربيه ونزرع فيه الأخلاق والمبادئ الإسلامية ، وبين أن الاهتمام بالمعلم هو سر نجاحه مع التلاميذ كما أكد على ضرورة الاهتمام باللغة العربية و محاربة السياسة الفرنسية الرامية إلى فرنسة المجتمع ومنع التعليم العربي فقام بنشر التعليم العربي وانشاء مدارس حرة وإلغاء قوانين الفرنسية القمعية . resume : El Bachir El Ibrahimi was interested in the educational system and its development. He intended by this to reform the society, so he started by improving education,and he emphasized that one basis and one methodology are needed in teaching. this is because if there is a variety in the principles and methodologies, no benefit will be gained. for him, education is prior to teaching as a generation cannot be taught before being well educated on the basis of good islamic morals and behaviours. furthermore, he said that the teacher is the secret behind the success of the learners. he also stressed on the necessity of valuing the Arabic language and fighting against the French colonialist policy trying to make the Algerian society a French one. Thus, he encouraged the teaching of Arabic by establishing private schools for that purpose.
