الملخص
تحاول هذه الدراسة إبراز أهمية رأس المال المخاطر كآلية من آليات الهندسة المالية المستحدثة في التمويل، كون أن مشكل التمويل يبقى يعيق تطور المؤسسات المنجزة للمشاريع، حيث تَمَثل الإشكال المطروح في ما مدى مساهمة شركات رأس المال المخاطر في تمويل المشاريع الإستثمارية، من خلال تسليط الضوء على المؤسسة المالية للإستثمار، المساهمة والتوظيف SOFINANCE نموذجا، وهذا باستعمال المنهج الوصفي وأسلوب دراسة حالة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن شركة SOFINANCE بالإضافة إلى كونها تقوم بعمليات التمويل، فهي تقوم أيضا بتقديم الإستشارة والمتابعة للمؤسسات. كما أن نشاط سوق رأس المال المخاطر في الجزائر حديث الوجود، ولا تتعدى مساهمته في التمويل نسبة ضئيلة جدا. This study attempts to highlight the importance of venture capital as a mechanism of financial engineering, which is innovative in financing, as the problem of financing continues to impede the development of institutions completed projects. The problem is the extent to which venture capital companies contribute to the financing of investment projects, SOFINANCE, as a model, using a descriptive approach and a case study method. The study concluded that SOFINANCE, in addition to being financing, also provides consultation and follow-up to institutions. The venture capital market activity in Algeria is recent and its contribution to financing is very small. Cette étude tente de souligner l’importance du capital-risque en tant que mécanisme d’ingénierie financière innovant au financement, le problème du financement continuant d’empêcher le développement des projets achevés par les entreprises. Le problème est de savoir dans quelle mesure les sociétés de capital-risque contribuent au financement des projets d’investissement, SOFINANCE, en tant que modèle, en utilisant une approche descriptive et une méthode d’études de cas. L'étude a conclu que SOFINANCE, en plus de ses financements, fournit également des consultations et suivi aux entreprises. L’activité du marché du capital-risque en Algérie est récente et sa contribution au financement est très faible.
