الملخص
شكلت فترة الاحتلال الفرنسي لمنطقة المسيلة محطات من البؤس والحرمان وتفشي الأوبئة والمجاعات، جراء السياسة الاستعمارية وما تبعها من تحولات عقب انتقال ملكيات الأراضي ووسائل الاستغلال من أنماطها وأطرها التقليدية إلى النظام الكولونيالي الرأسمالي. وحملت الذاكرة الجماعية المحلية ومحفوظات الأرشيفات المحلية والأجنبية الكثير من الوقائع والحالات الصحية التي سادت المنطقة منذ بداية الاحتلال مرورا بمراحل توسعاته وما صاحبها من مقاومات شعبية عنيفة، والتي نحاول رصدها في هذه الورقة البحثية بالكشف عن بعض محطاتها وتأثيراتها الاجتماعية على المنطقة. The period of the French occupation of the region of M'sila constituted stations of misery, deprivation and epidemics and famines, due to the colonial politic and the transformations, which followed the transfer of landed properties, and means of exploiting their traditional models, and frameworks in the colonial capitalist system. Local collective memory and the holdings of local and foreign archives, have demonstrated many health facts, and conditions which have prevailed in the region since the beginning of the occupation, and through the stages of its expansion and the violent popular resistance, which has accompanied, which we are trying to monitor in this research Paper, and reveal its social effects
