الملخص
ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان الدور الاقتصادي التنموي للوقف في المجتمع المسلم كما هدف إلى إبراز الدور الاجتماعي لمؤسسات الوقف في المجتمع. ونظرا لما يمثله نظام الوقف من أهمية من حيث حجم الممتلكات الوقفية في بعض البلدان المسلمة فإنه من المأمل ان يكون للوقف دور في تمويل عدد من المشاريع ذات الأهمية في المجتمع. وحاولت الدراسة تحليل الدور الإيجابي الذي قد يلعبه الوقف في التنمية المجتمعية لمعالجة جيوب الفقر وتنمية المجتمعات المحلية. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أهمية الصناديق الوقفية في تمويل المشاريع الصغرى بأساليب تمويلية تتناسب مع التمويل الإسلامي للقيام بدور تنموي اقتصادي في المجتمع. Abstract: This study aims to explain the economic developmental role of the endowment in the Muslim community, as well as to highlight the social role of endowment institutions in society. Because of the importance of the endowment system in terms of the size of endowment properties in some Muslim countries, it is hoped that the endowment will have a role in financing a number of projects of importance in society. The study attempted to analyze the positive role that the waqf might play in societal development to address poverty pockets and the development of local communities. The study concluded the importance of the endowment funds in financing micro projects by means of financing commensurate with Islamic finance to play an economic development role in society.
