دور الطاقة المتجددة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة: دراسة التجربة الجزائرية

الملخص
في ظل تنامي الآثار السلبية للاعتماد العالمي على الطاقة الأحفورية خاصة على البيئة وعلى الأبعاد الإنسانية للتنمية من جهة، وفي ظل تهديدات نضوبها من جهة أخرى تبرز أهمية التوجه نحو الطاقة المتجددة كبديل استراتيجي لتحقيق أبعاد التنمية المستدامة باعتبارها طاقة دائمة وصديقة للبيئة، وتعتبر الجزائر من بين الدول النفطية المهددة بزوال الموارد النفطية التقليدية التي تعتبر دعامة تمويل الاقتصاد الجزائري كما أنها في الوقت نفسه تمتلك إمكانيات هائلة من مصادر الطاقة المتجددة على غرار الطاقة الشمسية وطاقة الرياح، من هذه الزاوية تحاول هذه الورقة البحثية الإجابة على الإشكالية الرئيسية التالية: إلى أي مدى نجحت الجزائر في التوجه نحو الطاقة المتجددة لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة؟ للإجابة على هذه الإشكالية الرئيسية والإحاطة بجوانب الموضوع سوف نتطرق من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى المحاور التالية: 1) مفهوم التنمية المستدامة وأبعادها، 2) مفهوم الطاقة المتجددة، 3) أهمية الطاقة المتجددة في تحقيق أبعاد التنمية المستدامة، 4) دراسة التجربة الجزائرية في مجال التوجه نحو الطاقة المتجددة لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة. : In light of the growing negative effects of the global reliance on fossil energy, especially on the environment and the human dimensions of development on the one hand, and the threats of depletion on the other hand, the importance of the trend towards renewable energy as a strategic alternative to achieve the dimensions of sustainable development as a permanent energy and environmentally friendly. Algeria is among the oil countries threatened by the disappearance of traditional oil resources, which is the pillar of financing the Algerian economy and at the same time has enormous potential of renewable energy sources such as solar and wind energy, from this angle is trying to answer the following main problem: To what extent has Algeria succeeded in moving towards renewable energy to achieve sustainable development? In order to answer this main problem and to clarify the aspects of the subject, we will address the following topics in this study: First, the concept and dimensions of sustainable development. Second, the concept of renewable energy. Third, The importance of renewable energy in achieving the dimensions of sustainable development. Fourth, Study the Algerian experience in the field of renewable energy to achieve sustainable development.
