وضع المناخ الاستثماري الجزائري في مؤشرات المؤسسات الدولية

الملخص

الملخص يلعب الاستثمار دورا أساسياً في الحياة الاقتصادية وذلك لكونه يمثل عجلة النمو الاقتصادي وللاستثمار أنواع عدة من بينها الاستثمار الأجنبي، والذي عادة ما تعتمده الدول النامية ومن بينها الدولة الجزائرية، وحاولت هذه الأخيرة أن يكون لها موقع ومكانة ضمن المؤشرات الدولية كتعبير عن رغبتها في الانفتاح على الاقتصاد العالمي من خلال تحسين مناخها الاستثماري وجعله مناخ جاذب للاستثمار الأجنبي. وهذه المؤشرات الدولية والتي عادة ما تكون معتمدة من طرف أهم المؤسسات الدولية المهتمة بمناخ الاستثمار، لها أهمية في كشف ورصد طبيعة المناخ الاستثماري في الدول وإذا ما كان هذا المناخ مؤهل ويسمح بممارسة النشاط الاستثماري أم لا. وعلى الرغم من الجهود الجزائرية لتحسين مناخها الاستثماري ضمن ما جاءت به المؤسسات الاقتصادية الدولية من آليات واستراتيجيات، إلا أنها مازالت تقف أمامها الكثير من التحديات التي تحتاج متطلبات من شانها الحد من التأثيرات السلبية للتحديات المفروضة على البيئة الاستثمارية الجزائرية. الكلمات المفتاحية: المناخ الاستثمار الجزائري، مؤشرات الاستثمار، مؤشر الحرية الاقتصادية... Abstract : Investment an key for role in economic life because it represents the engine of economic growth and investment of various types, including foreign investment, which is usually adopted by developing countries including the algerian state, and the latter has tried to have a place and place among international indicators as an expression of its desire to open up to the world economy by improving its investment climate and making it attractive to foreign investment. These international indicators, which are usually supported by the most important international institutions interested in the investment climate, are important in detecting and monitoring the nature of the investment climate in countries and whether or not this climate is qualified and allows for investment activity. Despite algeria's efforts to improve its investment climate within the mechanisms and strategies of international economic institutions, it still has many challenges ahead of it to reduce the negative impacts of the challenges imposed on the algerian investment environment.
