تحقيق المنقول في مسألة التعليل بالحكمة عن علماء الأصول

الملخص
هذا المقال محاولة جادة للبحث عن حقيقة الخلاف الموجود في كتب الأصول بخصوص مسألة التعليل بالحكمة، وقد اقتضت طبيعة البحث التطرق لتعريف الحكمة، ثم تحقيق القول عن أبرز من نُسب إليهم القول بجواز التعليل بالحكمة وهم الغزالي والرازي والبيضاوي، وفي الأخير قمتُ بدراسة المسألة من وجهة مقاصدية، وقد جاء هذا كله في إطار عناوين رئيسية تتمثل في مقدمة وخمسة مطالب وخاتمة فيها استعراض لأهم النتائج. Abstract: This article is a serious attempt to research the truth of the dispute found in the principles jurisprudence books on the issue of reasoning with wisdom. the nature of the research required touching on the definition of wisdom, then achieving the saying about the most prominent of those who were attributed to the saying that it is permissible to explain the wisdom and they are: Ghazali, Al-Razi and Al-Baidawi, and in the last I studied the issue from objectives of shari’ah views All came under the headings are the introduction and five demands and the conclusion of a review of the most important results.
