الأمن الاقتصادي في إطار مقاصد الشريعة

الملخص
إن الأمن الاقتصادي من أهم المنظومات الأمنية وأوجبها؛ لما له من انعكاس مباشر على مكونات الأمن الشامل، حيث إن توفير الغذاء، والملبس، والمسكن، والصحة يجعل الإنسان آمنًا في سربه، معافًى في بدنه، وكذلك إنتاج الطاقة، والتطور الصناعي يحمي الدولة من الأزمات الاقتصادية الخارجية التي تؤثر على الأمن في جميع مجالاته. وقد هدف البحث إلى دراسة موضوع الأمن الاقتصادي من خلال متطلبات الإنسان واحتياجاته الفردية والجماعية التي قسمها علماء الإسلام إلى ضرورية، وحاجية، وتحسينية؛ لإبراز دور مقاصد الشريعة في معالجة الموضوع، حيث اتبع فيه المنهج التحليلي والاستنباطي. وخلص البحث إلى التأكيد على أن الأمن الاقتصادي لا يتم إلا بتطبيق النظام الاقتصادي الإسلامي الذي يراعي مصلحة الفرد والجماعة ويوازن بينهما. The economic security is the most important of all security systems because it has a direct reflection on the overall security components. The provision of food, clothing, housing, health makes man safe in his squadron, healthy in his body. As well as energy production and industrial development protect the state from external economic crises affecting the security in all fields. The research aimed to study the issue of economic security through individual and collective needs that scholars of Islam divided into basic, normal and complementary. To highlight the role of Islam in the treatment of the subject, I followed the analytical, deductive method. The research came out to emphasize that economic security lies in the application of the Islamic economic system which takes into account the interests of the individual and the group and balances between them.
