ملامح الأمن الاقتصادي التركي المستدام في بيئة إرتدادية من منظور أمن-إقتصادي

الملخص
يطرح المحللون الاقتصاديون اليوم إشكالية توفر عناصر و ملامح الأمن الإقتصادي المستدام في بعض التجارب التنموية وغيابه في تجارب أخرى ، في هذا السياق تعتبر تركيا نموذج تنموي متفرد بخصوصية أمنو-جغرافية سوسيو- إقتصادية ، استطاعت أن تصبح أكبر و أول اقتصاد في الشرق الأوسط في فترة وجيزة بفضل طفرات نوعية في معدلات الاقتصاد، إنعكست على بلوغ مستويات مستقرة في مؤشرات الأمن الاقتصادي المستدام ، و الذي مرده حسب المتتبعين لعامل سياستها الاقتصادية الذكية التي مكنتها من تشبيك علاقات تعاونية و شراكات مع عدة دوائر إقليمية ، من هنا تأتي أهمية الموضوع خصوصا و انه أثار العديد من الإشكاليات حول عوامل و شروط نجاح التجربة التركية في تحقيق الأمن الاقتصادي المستدام رغم تواجدها في بيئة إرتدادية ، لذلك سنحاول تقييم المقاربة الاقتصادية التي تبنتها تركيا لإرساء أمنها الاقتصادي و ذلك من خلال رصد الاستراتيجيات التي سارت عليها لتأسيس قاعدة تنموية و اقتصادية قوية . The Economic analysists propose nowdays the problem of the conditions of the sustainable economic security elements in some development experiences. In this context Turkey is a specific development model in geopolitical and socioeconomic dimensions. It has been able to become the first economy in a middle East in a short periode thanks to quality mutations in the economic indicators and located , reflected on the achievements of economic security that the researchers think that all these thanks to intelligence economic policy witch facilitate network relations like cooperation and partnership with several regional , the importance of the subject especially that it raised many problems on the factors and conditions of the success or Turkish experience to achieving economic security, the researcher will try in this part of the evaluation of the economic approach adopted by Turkey to establish it’s economic security by monitoring and evaluation the strategies that went To establish a strong economic and development base.
