الحضارات بين الصدام والحوار في العلاقات الدولية

الملخص
من بين الإشكاليات المطروحة سواء في الماضي أو في الوقت الحالي ، بخصوص موضوع الصراع والحوار الحضاري في العلاقات الدولية هي : ما هي طبيعة هذه العلاقة بين الحضارات ؟ وهل هي في حالة صدام أم حوار ؟ ، من خلال نظرتي وتطرقي لهذا الموضوع الحساس والمهم في العلاقات الدولية ، أردت أن أبرز أهم أفكار الباحثين والمختصين في هذا المجال ، بعد ما كان مستبعد في الماضي كعامل أساسي وتحليلي في العلاقات الدولية ، كما تهدف الدراسة إلى أن موضوع الحضارة بين الصدام والحوار موضوع يستحق البحث والنقاش والتحليل ، لأنه مرتبط بتاريخ البشرية وحضارتها وثقافتها ، كما نسجل بان موضوع الحوار بين الحضارات هو طرف وفاعل أساسي في العلاقات بين الدول وهذه هي الحقيقة التي يغفلها الكثير من الباحثين والمهتمين في هذا المجال . : Abstract One of the problems that has been raised, whether in the past or at present, regarding the subject of conflict and civilizational dialogue in international relations is: What is the nature of this relationship between civilizations? Is it in the case of clash or dialogue? I have wanted to highlight the most important ideas of researchers and specialists in this field, after what was ruled out in the past as a fundamental and analytical factor in international relations, and the study aims to the topic of civilization between clash and dialogue worthy of research And the debate and analysis, because it is linked to the history of humanity and civilization and culture, and we note that the subject of dialogue among civilizations is a key and active in the relations between States and this is the fact overlooked by many researchers and those interested in this area, because the origin of the word.
