الضوابط الشرعية والقانونية لاستخدام مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي

الملخص
مع التزايد المستمر لعدد مستعملي الأنترنت عبر العالم ، ظهرت مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي العديدة مثل: (فيس بوك facebook )، (تويتر twitter)، (إنستقرام instagram ) يتردد عليها الملايين من الأفراد وباستمرار في ظل ما تكشفه الإحصاءات كل سنة؛ فتستخدم عادة لأغراض وأهداف مشروعة كالبحث عن وظائف و تطوير المهارات والقدرات و مد جسور التعاون والتنسيق في المجالات العلمية و الثقافية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية ،غير أنه قد يستغلها بعض المجرمين في التستر خلفها، ومزاولة أنشطة غير مشروعة، تتنوع بين انتحال الشخصية وانتهاك الخصوصية والتشهير والقذف والتحريض على العنف والإرهاب والفسق والفجور وغيرها. وهذه الممارسات تندرج تحت مسمى الجرائم المعلوماتية،لذا أضحى من الضروري الالتزام بالضوابط الشرعية والقانونية عند استخدامنا لمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي. With the ever-increasing number of Internet users across the world, many social networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram have been frequented by millions of people and constantly under the statistics reveal every year; they are usually used for legitimate purposes and purposes. Such as the search for jobs and the development of skills and capabilities and bridges of cooperation and coordination in the scientific, cultural, economic and social fields, but it may be used by some criminals to cover up behind them, and engage in illegal activities, ranging from impersonation and violation of privacy and defamation and slander and incitement to violence, terrorism and S immorality and others. These practices fall under the name of cybercrime, so it is necessary to abide by Islamic and legal controls when we use social networking sites
