الملخص
ملخص: كثيرة هي الأخطاء الطبية التي تضع حد لحياة المرضى، أو تتسبب لهم في عاهات مستدامة أو تفقدهم للأبد عن ذويهم، وانتشرت هذه الظاهرة بشكل رهيب في الآونة الأخيرة، مما استدعى الباحثين والمختصين للبحث بجدية اكبر والتعمق أكثر في هذه الظاهرة التي أصبحت تهدد السلامة الجسدية للإنسان.يهدف هذا المقال إلى تسليط الضوء على مفهوم الخطأ الطبي وتحديد معيار تقديره وإبراز أسبابه وما يترتب عنه من آثار وخيمة على الصحة الإنسانية للفرد، وفي الأخير خلصت الدراسة إلى عرض بعض الاستراتيجيات للتصدي لهذه الظاهرة. Abstract: Medical errors can put an end to patient’s lives, or at least cause them permanent disabilities. Recently, the phenomenon has spread in a terrible way, which required a serious a deeper attention from researches and specialists to this phenomenon that threatens the human physical integrity. This article aims to highlight the concept of medical error, determines a criterion to evaluate it and display its reasons and their side effects on the human health. The study concluded with the presentation of some strategies to put an end to this phenomenon.
