“أطراس” مجلة أكاديمية نصف سنوية تصدر عن كلية الآداب واللغات والفنون بجامعة سعيدة بالجزائر. تعنى المجلة بنشر الدراسات اللغوية والادبية والنقدية باللغات العربية والفرنسية والانجليزية. صدر أول عدد للمجلة سنة 2019. وتخضع المقالات لتحكيم من طرف أساتذة ينتسبون إلى جامعات جزائرية. تعمل أطراس على تعزيز الدراسات العلمية في مجال مناهج تعليم و تعلم اللغات الأجنبية. تهدف المجلة الى إتاحة الفرص للباحثين من مختلف الجامعات الوطنية والدولية لنشر اعمالهم العلمية التي تتميز بالأصالة والتفكير. تدعو المجلة الى تقديم أوراق حول اللغويات والأدب وعلم اللغة الاجتماعي والترجمة والحضارة وعلم النفس وعلم التربية والفنون.

ATRAS is a peer-reviewed journal published twice yearly by the Faculty of Letters, Languages, and Arts at Dr Moulay Tahar University, Saida-Algeria. Professors and researchers with experience and knowledge in various disciplines review and evaluate the submitted papers. ATRAS promotes scientific studies in foreign language teaching and learning approaches, methodologies, and methods in different areas. The journal aims to offer opportunities for scholars and researchers from multiple national and international universities to publish their scientific productions characterized by originality and reflection. ATRAS calls for papers about applied linguistics, literature, sociolinguistics, translation, civilization, psychology, and pedagogy.

Atras Journal does not receive papers submitted after the deadline (15/05/2024). For international researchers, the deadline has been extended to May 30^th, 2024.

The journal does not receive modified papers that had a high percentage of similarity after the deadline. We will soon post a new calendar for volume 6, issue 1.

Papers that deal with AI and education or technology integration in education will be included in a special issue for September under the title:

“AI and technology integration in education”

Deadline for paper submission for the special issue: From July 25^th to July 30^th.

The Phonetic Miracle in the Quran

الملخص: The Holy Qur'an, regarded as the divine word of God Almighty, manifests itself as an unblemished text of utmost eloquence, bearing the inimitability that transcends the grasp of human scientific scrutiny. This divine scripture embodies its inimitable essence not only within its words and structures but also within its semantic nuances and legal directives. This scholarly exposition endeavors to investigate the Qur'an's inimitable nature at the level of its smallest linguistic unit, namely, sound. Employing a descriptive approach as its primary methodology and utilizing analysis as a means to attain its objectives, this research seeks to elucidate the assertion that the Holy Qur'an exhibits inimitable qualities through its careful selection of linguistic sounds, with due consideration to various contextual factors. It posits that linguistic sound constitutes one facet of the Qur'anic inimitability and anticipates that this exploration will contribute novel insights to the realm of artificial intelligence and its application. القرآن الكريم كلام الله سبحانه وتعالى، كتاب صادق يمثّل أعلى رتب الفصاحة حيث جاء معجزا بأوجه لا يكاد العلم البشري يحصيها. تضمن الإعجاز في لفظه وفي تراكيبه، وفي دلالاته وأحكامه، وسنتناول في هذا المقال الإعجاز القرآني في أصغر وحدة لغوية وهي الصوت. وتروم هذه الورقة البحثية كشف حقيقة كون القرآن الكريم معجزا بأصواته وفق انتقاءاتها مع مراعاة الأسيقة المختلفة، بانتهاج المنهج الوصفي بالدرجة الأولى والاستعانة بالتحليل كأداة من شأنها تحقيق النتائج المرجوة والمتمثلة في أن الصوت اللغوي يعدّ أحد أوجه الإعجاز القرآني، ومن شأنه أن يرسي العديد من الأفكار في مجال الذكاء الاصطناعي وتحقيقها ميدانيا.
