المؤسسات الدينية الوقفية - الزوايا أنموذجا

الملخص
ملخص المقال باللغة العربية: من أكبر المؤسسات الاجتماعية التي كان لها الأثر البالغة في الحضارة الإسلامية، ومسّت جميع جوانب حياة المسلمين الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية والخدماتية ...إلخ؛ المؤسسة الوقفية بجميع أنماطها وأشكالها التي تطورت مع مرور الزمان، فقد كان لهذه المؤسسة حضور وشهود حضاري كبير يشهد له القاصي والداني، فكُتُب التاريخ تزخر بالإنجازات الكبيرة التي أنتجتها مخرجات هذه المؤسسة، حتى اعتبر تطور المسلمين مضطرد مع تطور هذه المؤسسة. وضمن الأشكال التي أنتجتها هذه المؤسسة نجد زوايا العلم التي بدأت أربطة وعيون حارسة على بيضة المسلمين، وانتهت إلى مستوى محاضن العلم والعلماء حارسة لعقيدة الأمة ودينها، كما ساهمت هذه الزوايا والتي كان منطلق وجودها الأوقاف، في مساعدة النّاس على المستوى الاجتماعي لحلّ مشاكلهم، إضافة إلى دورها التعليمي. :Astract- Wakf Religious Institution (CHARITABLE ENDOWMENT) – Zawiya as an example Summary It is one of the most important social institutions which had a great impact on Islamic civilization. It touched all aspects of Muslims’ economic, social, cultural and service life…etc. This Wakf institution has developed many forms and types over time and was omnipresent in the evolution of Islamic civilization. History books registered and witnessed the great achievements made by these institution’ outputs. Therefore Muslims’ development was considered totally related to the development of this institution. We can notice among the different aspects of this institution the Zawiya of science that was considered as the protector and the guardian of Muslim community and ended as the center of all sciences and scientists, the guardian of the Oumma’s religion and faith. These Zawiyas whose beginning was in the Wakfs have contributed, in addition to its educational role, to help people solving their problems at social level.
