التخلص الأمثل من النفايات الطبية كوسيلة فعالة لتحقيق بيئة سليمة

الملخص
الملخص: تشكل البيئة اليوم احد أهو موضوعات العصر الحديث ، اذ أن المحافظة على الموارد الطبيعية و كيفية تلبية الحاجات الأساسية من ماء وغذاء و رعاية صحية و مأوى أصبحت تشكل تحدي عالمي ، بالاضافة الى المحافظة على سلامة الهواء و الماء و التربة من التلوث ، ومما لا يدعو للشك فيه أن مشكلة تلوث البيئة ترتبط ارتباطا وثيقا بوسائل الحد من هذا الأخير و بالذات بوسائل التنمية ، فمن وسائل التنمية الحديثة التقدم الطبي في جميع المجالات ، و الذي من أهدافه المحافظة على صحة الأنسان ، ومكافحة الأمراض المختلفة و الاسعافات الأولية و غيرها ،ولكن هناك جوانب سلبية لهذا التقدم و اجراءاته وهو التلوث البيئي بمختلف الملوثات الطبية ، فنفايات خدمات النشاطات الطبية بمختلف أنواعها تمثل اليوم احد أهم المشاكل الخطيرة و التحديات الصعبة التي تعيشها وتواجهها البيئة المعاصرة بصفة عامة ، والمؤسسات الصحية بصفة خاصة ، و ذلك لما يترتب عليها من آثار و أضرار بيئية وصحية خطيرة و مميتة تصاحبها حتى بعد التخلص منها ، و بالتالي يصبح حق العيش في بيئة سليمة مهددا و معرضا لعدة مخاطر وأثار ، باتت ترهق كاهل الدولة على مجابهتها و الفرد على تحمل مصائبها . فعملية التخلص السليم من تلك النفايات تقتضي تبني استراتجية الادارة المستدامة ، الت تعمل على تسيير و معالجة النفايات الطبية بالطرق التي تضمن القضاء على الجراثيم و الفيروسات الفتاكة ، و التقليل من حجم التلوث و حماية البيئة في آن واحد ، اضافة الى تكثيف المنظومة القانونية الخاصة بتسيير نفايات النشاطات العلاجية و هو ما يضمن بيئة سليمة و تنمية مستدامة Summary: The environment today is one of the topics of the modern age. Maintaining natural resources and how to meet the basic needs of water, food, health care and shelter has become a global challenge, in addition to maintaining the safety of air, water and soil pollution. The problem of pollution of the environment is closely linked to the means of limiting the latter, especially by the means of development. One of the means of modern development is medical progress in all areas, one of which is the preservation of human health, the fight against various diseases, first aid and others. For such progress and remuneration Which is the environmental pollution of various medical contaminants, the waste of services of medical activities of all kinds today represents one of the most serious problems and difficult challenges faced by the modern environment in general and health institutions in particular, and the consequent effects and damage to the environment and health serious and deadly And the right to live in a healthy environment is threatened and exposed to many risks and effects. The state is burdened with confronting it and the individual is able to cope with its calamities. The proper disposal of these wastes requires the adoption of a sustainable management strategy that works to manage and treat medical waste in ways that ensure the elimination of germs and deadly viruses, reduce the volume of pollution and protect the environment at the same time, in addition to intensifying the legal system for waste management Therapeutic activities ensure a healthy environment and sustainable development
