Academic Attainment In The Light Of The Psychological Aspects And Requirements Of The Labor Market: A Field Study

Abstract
The aim of this research is to focus on the main aspects of the education at the university of Tlemcen. This will be done by shading the light on the main problems that hinder its success, prevent the achievement of its objectives and the fulfilment of its mission. Despite the human potential and material secured by the University of Algeria to provide appropriate educational services, the nature of psychological conditions is one the most important factors that create a pressure on students. A sample of 104 students representing the 3rd year class of Arabic language had been chosen for a questionnaire. They belong to a department of Art and Arabic Language Department, Faculty of Art and Human Sciences University of Tlemcen for the academic year 2005-2006. The result of this research will confirm and enhance the proposed recommendations to improve the quality of educational services.
