الملخص

عرفت المنطقة المغاربیة تحولات جذریة عمیقة مع مطلع سنة 2011 على اثر اندلاع حركات احتجاجیة شعبیة تطالب بإصلاح الأوضاع الاقتصادیة والعدالة الاجتماعیة وما لبث أن ارتفعت مطالب الجماهیر إلى ضرورة إعادة النظر في طبیعة الأنظمة السیاسیة بدول هذه المنطقة التي شهدت أولى الثو ا رت الشعبیة التي كانت تونس مسرحا لها لتمتد إلى دول مجاورة أخرى على غ ا رر لیبیا، وبحكم الجوار الجغ ا رفي لتونس ولیبیا للج ا زئر تأثرت هذه الأخیرة بموجة التحولات العمیقة التي شهدتها المنطقة حیث كانت لها انعكاسات كبیرة على المستویین السیاسي والأمني وهو ما دفع الج ا زئر لتبني است ا رتیجیات عدیدة لمواجهة الآثار السلبیة التي خلفها سقوط النظام السیاسي في كل . من تونس ولیبیا بعد 2011 the Maghreb region knew a deep shifts with the beginning of 2011, following the outbreak of the popular protest movements demanding reform of economic conditions, social justice and soon the increased demands of the masses to the need to reconsider the nature of the political systems in this region. The first popular revolts that Tunisia was the scene have to stretch to other neighboring countries like Libya, and by virtue of the geographical proximity of Tunisia and Libya to Algeria latter affected by a wave of deep transformations in the region where they have significant repercussions on the political and security levels, which prompted Algeria to adopt several strategies to counter the negative effects of the political fall of the regimes in Tunisia and Libya after 2011, which we will focus on in this study.
