تأثير إيرادات النفط على المعروض النقدي في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1990 – 2014

الملخص
تعتبر التغيرات في صافي الأصول الخارجية لدى السلطات النقدية الجزائرية هي انعكاس للتطورات الحاصلة في ميزان المدفوعات، وخاصة الميزان التجاري المعتمد شبه كلية على تصدير سلعة وحيدة وهي النفط، حيث تعتمد الإيرادات المتأتية من هذا الأخير على أسعاره في الأسواق الدولية ، وتقوم الدولة بتحويل معظم حصيلة الصادرات النفطية من العملة الأجنبية إلى العملة الوطنية، وعلى هذا الأساس كان الهدف من هذا التحليل هو معرفة مدى ارتباط حجم وزيادة المعروض النقدي في الجزائر بالتغيرات الحاصلة في أسعار النفط على المستوى الدولي وتم اختيار الفترة 1990- 2014 وهي فترة برامج الإصلاحات الاقتصادية مع مؤسسات النقد الدولية (قانون النقد والقرض10– 1990) إلى غاية 2014، وتم قياس وتحديد العلاقة بين المتغيرين باستخدام معامل الارتباط وتم التوصل لوجود علاقة طردية وقوية بينهما. The changes in the net foreign assets of the Algerian monetary authorities are considered a reflection of developments in the balance of payments ,especially the trade balance based almost entirely on the export of a single commodity which is oil,where the revenues generated based the latter on the prices in the international markets, the trade balance , and the state to transfer most of the oil exports from foreign currency proceeds to the national currency , any increase in the money supply , and on this basis was the purpose of this analysis is to know to what extent the size and increase the money supply in algeria to changes in the oil prices at the international level was chosen as the period 1990–2014 a period programs economic reformes with the international monetary institutions (the code of money and loan 10-1990) until 2014.and was measured determine the relaionship between tow variables by using the correlation coefficient was reached to the presence of a positive and strong relationship between them.
