اختبار علاقة التكامل المشترك بين أسعار النفط وسعر الصرف في الجزائر دراسة قياسية خلال الفترة 1975-2015

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى دراسة أثر تقلبات أسعار النفط وتداعياته على الاقتصاد الجزائري وعلى بعض المؤشرات الاقتصادية ( سعر الصرف ،الناتج الداخلي الإجمالي، معدل التضخم ) ولهذا الغرض تم تقدير نموذج قياسي خلال الفترة (1975-2015) يهدف إلى دراسة المتغيرات السابقة، ومن خلال التحليل الأولي لواقع وهيكلة الاقتصاد الجزائري، و الذي يتميز بتوفره على موارد طبيعية هامة ممثلة في النفط والغاز وبسبب ارتباطه الشديد بقطاع المحروقات وبعوائده، وعجزه المستمر وضعف أدائه خارج المحروقات ونظرا للتقلبات الكبرى في أسعار النفط وعدم استقرارها طيلة العقود الماضية جعل من الاقتصاد الجزائري عرضة للانهيار مسببا اختلال في بعض المؤشرات الاقتصادية الكبرى، أخيرا خلصت الدراسة إلى إعطاء بعض السبل الكفيلة لتفعيل الصادرات الغير نفطية والاهتمام أكثر بالقطاعات البديلة وخلق مستقبل اقتصادي بعيدا عن قطاع المحروقات. Abstract This study aims to examine the impact of oil prices fluctuations and its repercussions on the Algerian economy through some economic indicators (exchange rate, GDP, inflation rate). Moreover, for this purpose, a standard model has been estimated during the period (1975-2015), which aims to study the previous variables through initial analysis of the reality and the restructuring of the Algerian economy which characterized by its availability on important natural resources such as oil and gas, because of its strong association with fuels sector and its revenues, and continuous inability and Poor performance without fuels sector. The big fluctuations in oil prices and instability over the past decades had made the Algerian economy vulnerable to collapse, causing an imbalance in some of the major economic indicators. Finally, the study concluded to introduce some ways to activate the non-oil exports and more interest in alternative sectors and creating economic future out of the fuels sector.
