الملخص
قدم البحث تمهيدا حول مقاصد الشريعة، وتعريفا بالمشكل وأنواعه وحكمه وعلاقته بالمقاصد، كما بين طريقة إزالة الإشكال، كما تناول الفرق بين المشكل وغيره من أقسام اللفظ كالمجمل والخفي. The research presented an introduction to the purposes of Shariah, and definition of « Al mochkil »its types and judgment and its relationship to the purposes, as well as the way to clarify its meaning, and also dealt with the difference between al mochkil and other sections of the word such as« Al modjmal » and « Al khafiy ».
