اتجاهات طلبة كلية القانون في جامعة آل البيت حول تطبيق مفهوم الملكية الدستورية

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف على اتجاهات طلبة كلية القانون في جامعة آل البيت حول تطبيق مفهوم الملكية الدستورية، ومعرفة فيما إذا كانت هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تُعزى إلى متغيرات الجنس والسنة الدراسية، تكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من جميع طلبة كلية القانون في جامعة آل البيت والبالغ عددهم (523) طالباً وطالبة، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (99) طالباً وطالبة يمثلون ما نسبته (18.92%) من مجتمع الدراسة تقريباً. تمّ اختيار الشعب بطريقة العينة العشوائية الطبقية البسيطة؛ ولأغراض الدراسة قام الباحث باستخدام الاستبيان كوسيلة رئيسة لجمع البيانات. تكون الاستبيان من جزأين: الأول، ويشتمل على معلومات شخصية عن عينة الدراسة مثل الجنس والسنة الدراسية، والثاني: يتكون من (20) عبارة موزعة على مجالين، وهي: (المطالبة بالملكية الدستورية، طبيعة الملكية الدستورية)، وبعد جمع البيانات وتفريغها تمت معالجتها باستخدام طرق إحصائية وصفية وتحليلية مُناسبة. أظهرت الدراسة النتائج الآتية: أن اتجاهات طلبة كلية القانون في جامعة آل البيت حول تطبيق مفهوم الملكية الدستورية (مُرتفعة) حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي لاستجابات عينة الدراسة (03.8: 5.00)، وإنّ اتجاهاتهم في المطالبة بالملكية الدستورية (مُرتفعة) بمتوسط حسابي (3.76: 5.00)، واتجاهاتهم لطبيعة الملكية الدستورية (مُرتفعة) بمتوسط حسابي (3.84: 5.00)، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً تُعزى إلى متغيرات الجنس والسنة الدراسية، وفي ضوء النتائج التي أسفرت عنها هذه الدراسة أوصى الباحث بعدد من التوصيات. This study aimed to identify the trends of law students at the University of Al al-Bayt about the application of the concept of a constitutional monarchy, and find out whether there are statistically significant differences attributable to the variables of gender and academic year. The study population consisted of all students in the Faculty of Law at the University of Al al-Bayt totaling (523) students, study sample consisted of 99 students, representing a rate of (18.92%) of the study population approx. People were selected random sample stratified Statistics; for the purposes of the study, the researcher using the questionnaire as the main instrument of the data collection. The questionnaire is of two parts: the first one includes personal information about the study sample, such as sex and school year, the second part consists of (20) questions divided into two sections, namely: (claim constitutional monarchy, the nature of the constitutional monarchy), once collected and classified, data were processed using appropriate statistical methods and descriptive and analytical. The study showed the following results: the trends the Faculty of law students at the University of Al al-Bayt about the application of the concept of a constitutional monarchy (high) where the arithmetic average of the responses of the study sample (03.8: 5.00), and their attitudes to claim constitutional monarchy (high) with a mean (3.76: 5.00 ), and their attitudes to the nature of the constitutional monarchy (high) with a mean (3.84: 5.00), and the lack of statistically significant differences attributable to the variables of gender and academic year. In the light of this study results, the researcher proposed a number of recommendations.
