الإبداع في عمليّة التّعلّم والتّعليم، طرقه وأهميّته

الملخص
يرزح المتعلّمون في معظم مدارس عالمنا العربيّ وجامعاته تحت وطأة مناهج وأساليب تعليميّة غارقة في أقبية الرّتابة والتّقليد ... تخرّج إلى مجتمعاتنا أشخاصًا مشكَّلين في قوالب متشابهة ومشتركة، أسيرة المصالح الماديّة، ومقدودة على قياس الامتحانات الرّسميّة في كلّ بلد، كما على حجم سوق العمل والوظيفة فيه. فيما غاب بناء الإنسان الحقّ، المختلف والمميّز، عن رؤى معظم هذه المؤسّسات التّربويّة. وقد يعود السّبب الرّئيس في ما آلت إليه حالنا هذه إلى غياب الإبداع عن رؤانا التّربويّة، وتيهاننا عنه في خضمّ مشاغل ومسائل حجبته عنّا. فما هو الإبداع؟ ولماذا الإبداع؟ ما هي طرقه؟ ما هي أهمّيته؟ وكيف يمكن أن يتمظهر في أدائنا التّربويّ بخاصّة؟ أسئلة سوف تعمل هذه الورقة البحثيّة على الإجابة عنها، علّنا نعيد النّظر في بعض نظمنا ومخطّطاتنا التّربويّة، فنلامس الجديد والمتميّز في عالم اليوم، عالم المتشابه والمتكرّر... وذلك من خلال قسمين: الأوّل نظريّ يعرّف بالإبداع، بطرقه، وأهميّته، فيما الثّاني يضيء على بعض النّماذج والأمثلة التّطبيقيّة الّتي نأمل أن تكون الخطوة الأولى في مشوار الألف ميل. In most of our schools and universities in the Arab world, students are burdened with curricula and methods steeped in monotonous and traditional artefacts ... and brought to our societies molded in similar and common forms of material interests. They are measured by the official examinations in each country, as well the size of the labor market and the job in it. While building of the different and distinctive right man has missed the visions of most of these educational institutions. The main reason for this situation may be due to the absence of creativity from our educational vision, and our dissuasion from it in the midst of concerns and issues that have prevented us from doing so. What is creativity? And why creativity? What are its ways? What is its importance? And how can it be reflected in our educational performance in particular? This research paper will answer these questions, publicly reviewing some of our educational systems and plans, the new and distinguished in today's world, the world of similarity and repetition... And this is done through two sections: the first is theoretical and known as creativity, its ways and importance, while the second shines on some models and practical examples that we hope will be the first step in the journey of a thousand miles
