الملخص
كانت الأسرة ولا زالت محل اهتمام الجميع، من أفراد ومجتمعات، وحتى علماء وباحثون، لما لها من أهمية في بناء الفرد كذات، وكعضو داخل جماعة، وكمواطن داخل مجتمع، غير أن إرسائها لا يحتاج إلى عدد من الافراد فقط، بل يتطلب وجود لديهم ثقافة تحقيق الأسرة السليمة والآمنة صحيا بالدرجة الأولى، وعليه شرعت معظم الدول، وخاصة العربية، والجزائر بالخصوص في سن قانون إجراء التحاليل الطبية قبل الزواج طبقا للمرسوم التنفيذي رقم (06-154)، والذي يتناول هذا المقال مضامينه في قراءة تحليلية متواضعة. Abstract: The importance of the family as a research subject relays on its importance as the core building of the society and the individual itself as a distinct member of a group and as a citizen. However, its establishment does not require only the presence of few individuals, but also an effective presence of a culture that cares for the safety of this entity and its health security in the first place. Accordingly, most countries including those of the Arab world have begun to establish a legal system requiring medical examinations before any marriage contract. Algeria is seriously engaged in this way, the government issued an executive decree (No: 06-154) imposing prenuptial medical tests, and the following article entitled "Pre-marital medical examinations (Executive Decree No. 06-154): Psychological and social reading" is an attempt to provide an analytical reading of its contents.
