الملخص
In fact, the study of the French policy in the estates field, which had been applied in Algeria since 1830, reveals the genuine intention of the French colonization in the Algerian territories. The principal goal was to integrate Algeria with France politically, administratively and economically. Therefore, France did all its best to rob the Algerians’ lands and properties either through setting private and illegitimate laws or taking these possessions freely using extreme force.
