آليات المقاربة الجزائرية في مكافحة الارهاب : من التعامل الآمني إلى السياسي

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح الاختلالات الموجودة في تحديد مفهوم الارهاب ، وهو ما يفسر غياب توافق حول تعريفه ثم التعرض إلى المقاربة الجزائرية في مكافحة الارهاب على اعتبار أنها عانت من ويلاته ، وأكتسبت معرفة عميقة في مجال التعامل مع الظاهرة محليا ودوليا . واثبتت أن اتباع النهج العسكري أو الآمني وحده لمحاربة الارهاب غير مجدي ، وأنتهاجها لمجوعة من الآليات السياسية و الاقتصادية والاجتماعية قد كان لها نتائج إيجابية ، وبذلك أضحت التجربة الجزائرية في مكافحة الارهاب مرجعا عالميا وإقليميا يحتذى بها . The aim of thisstudyis to show the shortcomings in determining the concept of terrorism, thing that explains the absence of a consensus regardingitsdefinition. We focused on the Algerian approach in fighting terrorism, mainly because Algeria has suffered from such phenomenon and has acquired a deep know ledge in dealing with it both locally and internationally. Furthermore, it has confirmed that the option for only military or safety strategy to fight terrorisms not enough. Therefore, it has implemented certain political, economic and social policies, which allowed her to reach positive results and to be come both an international and a territorial reference to be followed by other countries in fighting such phenomenon
