الملخص
At the beginning of the twenty-first century, humanity witnessed a difficult period characterized by increased risks and crimes that threatened the security of nations and the safety of their peoples. It was therefore necessary to trace the historical development of these crimes, especially the crimes of smuggling and organized crime, so that countries could find ways to combat them , The quality of modern technology, which is rapidly developing day by day, has affected countries in achieving their security and defending their people.
